  • Over 30 year experience in main contracting
  • Main contract surveying: valuations, variations, sub-contract procurement and reporting. New build, refurbishment, alterations, private and local authority clients
  • Contracts management and surveying and buying experience
  • JCT 98, JCT 2005, JCT Intermediate form, JCT Minor works, GCWorks 1, PSA national schedule of rates. The national schedule of Rates, Dover District Council schedule of rates. Measurement in accordance with the standard method of measurement, seventh edition
  • Preparation of financial claims
  • Main contractor and sub-contractor claims submission, negotiation and agreement
  • Adjudication procedure
